We may collect information about you when you interact with us and knowingly provide us with personal information. For example, when you contact Eurosite regarding our activities, send or receive information, engage with our social media or apply for a position at Eurosite.

The information we might collect includes your name, address, email address, telephone number, IP address and data regarding the webpages you have accessed and when.

Individual members are asked to provide a postal / invoice address for their membership fee invoice. If you attend one of our events, you may be required to pay a registration fee. In this case, we will ask you to provide an invoice address. We keep a record of workshop attendees for reporting purposes and manage a database to facilitate networking based on identified topics of interest.

 How do we use that information?

We may use your information to:

  • Process your (individual) membership application;
  • Process your registration for one of our events;
  • Provide you with information related to our work that you have requested or which we feel may be of interest to you. This may include information about events, policy developments, guidelines, consultations and general updates of our work;
