To follow up on the success of last year’s Natural Climate Buffers Study Tour in The Netherlands, we would hereby like to ask your attention for the announcement of dates for the next Study Tour that will take place from 1-3 October in Scotland, co-organised with Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH).

The tour is for natural site managers, project managers, nature conservation ecologists and policy makers, government officials and landscape planners and will:

• look at nature-based solution to climate change adaptation in Scotland,
• exchange experiences of challenges at a range of sites and situations,
• make recommendations about how to prioritise ideas and,
• further develop possible transnational joint climate buffers project including possible funding opportunities.
