This has been a very odd year with very few in person meetings. Although Covid-19 prevents us from meeting in person this year, we very much look forward to meeting you online for our Annual General Meeting! This is the event where you can meet and greet other members of the Eurosite network, including our Board and Council members.

We hereby formally invite you to the AGM Zoom meeting on Friday 30 October 2020 from 09:30 – 12:30 hrs (CET).

Make sure to be there and enjoy spending three hours with your network colleagues! Please note that only the individuals appointed as organisational member representative can vote during the meeting, but that the meeting is open to all member organisation employees. The agenda of the AGM has been sent to the Eurosite contact person within your organisation per e-mail. If you have not received an agenda, please contact us.
