From 22 – 26 October 2018, a three-day international conference will take place, including excursions exploring the deltas and the littoral in and around the Cultural Capital of Europe 2018.

The conference will join all disciplines to explore current and future issues of relevance to the coast and will be of interest to a wide spectrum of scientists, including those from the physical sciences, climate change scientists and ecologists, social scientists, engineers, policy makers and advisers and practitioners.

Key dates

February 2018 – Call for sessions and papers: Deadline for submitting sessions (with paper and author information, including abstracts), and paper or poster proposals for open sessions.
June 2018: Confirmation of acceptance of sessions for the conference programme following second and final call.
July 2018: Provisional programme published.
